Shipping policy

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You'll receive an email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Delivery time

Standard delivery within the United States typically takes 8–15 business days after your order ships. During the holiday season, carrier volume can add a few extra days.

Christmas cutoff

To receive your order before Christmas, we recommend ordering by December 5th. Orders placed after that date may arrive after the holiday.

Shipping cost

Shipping is free on all US orders.

Tracking

Every order includes tracking. If your tracking hasn't updated in 7 days or your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days, email us at support@everornament.com and we'll help right away.

Address errors

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can update an address only before the order ships.
